Bookings

Guests who come alone can book online, per phone, per letter or per fax.

For online bookings you have to pay a deposit of 30% with credit card through the PayPal system; and the rest is to pay on your arrival. In case of cancellation possible penalties will be withheld from the deposits made at the moment of booking. The information transmitted online is binding legally.

Payments

Each hotel service is to pay in cash at your arrival, with cash card or credit card (VISA or MASTER).

 

Deposits:

For each booking you have to pay 30% of deposit on our current account, or with the forms of payment indicated by our staff. The deposit must be paid at the moment of online booking or within seven days from the date of the booking confirm. In case you book only some days earlier than your arriving you have to pay the deposit within three days before your arrival. The possible cost of the bonifico is to be paid by the sender.

 

Cancellation:

The regulation for cancellation, by single guests, is based by the legal laws in force. Online bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours in writing form.

Groups have to communicate the definitive number of guests within a week of the arrival. The number of reservations till 10% of the predict number of guests can be cancelled without other costs within a week before the arrival.

For the other cases are applied the following penalties:

Cancellation for real reasons by the hotel must be made to guests in writing form within two weeks before the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation or not arriving of the guest, he has to pay the whole sum of the stay.

 

Groups of teenager/School groups:

Groups of teenagers are allowed only if they are accompanied by one or more responsible adults, who have to spend the night in the same hotel.

Legal responsibility/Securities:

Who damages the structure or the other goods is responsible; this is based on the legal laws in force (and is valid even for escorts and organizers).

Thefts and damages are immediately denounced. At the moment of departure the staff of the hotel checks the rooms. Costs for possible damages or the lost of keys are ascribed to the responsible at the moment of departure. The hotel has the right to claim (to single guests or groups) a security of €50, 00 per person. This is to pay if request immediately and cash. The security is returned at the departure, less the possible cost of probable damages. The hotel is responsible for possible damages to the guests only if they are caused by hard carelessness. The hotel is neither responsible for luggage put down in the apposite room, nor for possible damages on bicycles or cars parking in the hotel parking.

 

Final Regulations:

The non-validity of single parts of these conditions don’t damage the rest of validity of them.

 

Internal Regulation:

It can be reassumed in one sentence:

“We invite our guests to behave in kind manner, so that no other guests or our neighbours are disturbed.”

 

Other Information:

Night-time silence:

In each room the volume must be moderate at 10 p.m. In multiple rooms, even with only one request the lights must be switched off and must be silence. We beg our guests to be silent on the corridors and on the stairs.

 

Don’t smoke:

It’s not allowed to smoke in rooms and on corridors.

 

Damages, stains and loss of keys

In case of damages or stains of the structure and other goods or the loss of the keys the cost is ascribed to the responsible at the moment of departure. This kind of payment is to do immediately and cash (in case of groups the escort has to pay it, in deposit and in substitution of the organizer). Thefts and damages are immediately denounced.

 

The use of emergency stairs:

The use of emergency stairs is allowed only in case of fire.

In case of violation of one or more of these rules the hotel has the right to break immediately the contract. The guest has to pay the whole sum of the stay.

 

There are free safe boxes in each room. We hope you always close them in correct way, because we aren’t responsible for your luggage or precious objects.

 

Security exits/escape ways:

If in case of fire it isn’t possible to use the stairs, use the emergency stairs signalled by the appropriate signs. If this escape way is impossible, too, stay in your room (without closing the door with the key), next to the open window.
