13 of the Privacy code
We want to inform you that
the D.lgs. n. 196 (30 June 2003 - personal information protection code) grant
protection of people, other subjects and personal information respecting the
principles of correctness, legality and transparency.
We inform our guests that the
beginning and/or execution of our rapports are in accordance of the article 13
of the D.lgs. n. 196/2003 and it gives the following information:
- The given
information are treated in relationship of contractual demands and are based on
the fulfilling of them, as well as for an effective management; particularly:
- regarding
the rules of law, taxation and accounting;

contractual obligations;
- Files
management;
- Management
of coorespondence and fax matters.
- The

give those information we aren’t able to continue our rapports, the information
which aren’t needed by law are valued each time by the hotel staff.

Art 7 – Rights to ask
personal information and other rights
- The
interested person has the right to obtain the confirmation of the possible
existence of personal information (even if it isn’t recorded) in a clear form.
- The
interested person has the right to obtain the following information:
a. the
origin of his personal information;
b. the aim
and methods of his treatment;
c. the way
of use in case of utilize of electronic means;
d. the
names of the owner of the information, the responsible of the treatment and
the appointed representative, the responsible or person in charge.
- The
interested person has the right to obtain:
a.
the updating, the correction or the
integration of his information;
b. the abolition, the transformation (in anonymous form) or the block of
information that are
treated contrasting law, even of those which aren’t necessary to be
conserved in relation
to the aims of their collection and treatment;
c. the certify that the
operation in a) and b) are brought to knowledge, even their
contents, to whom these information are communicated or transmitted,
except the case in
which this execution is impossible or it is necessary to use such
exaggerated means of
transmission respect the protected right.
- The
interested person has the right to contrast every thing or part of it:
a. for
legitimated reason to the treatment of personal information, which regard
himself,
though relevant to the aim of the collection of information;
b. at the
treatment of personal information which regard himself to the purpose of sending
publicity, direct selling or the completion of market researches or
commercial
communication.
